Each wig is custom-made to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. Order Processing: Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be processed before production begins. Production Time: Your custom wig will then be carefully handcrafted and completed within 7–14 business days. Shipping: Once your unit is complete, it will be shipped using your selected shipping method. Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days Next Day Shipping: Available at checkout for expedited delivery once your order has been completed. Please Note: Shipping time does not include processing or production time. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped. Return & Repair Policy

If your unit arrives with a construction-related issue, we're happy to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your unit to be sent back for repair.

After the necessary adjustments have been completed, your wig will be promptly shipped back to you at no additional cost.

Please note that this policy applies only to construction or craftsmanship issues and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused after delivery.
