SHY’S PLATINUM BAR REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Shy’s Platinum Bar. Due to the nature of our hair products, wigs, customizations, and beauty products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect length selection, color preference, or failure to review the product description before purchasing.

CUSTOM & PRE-ORDER WIGS

Custom and pre-order wigs are created specifically for each order. Once an order has entered processing or production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Custom-colored wigs are individually colored by hand. Slight variations in color, tone, highlights, placement, or dimension may occur. Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, screen settings, and photography. These variations are not considered defects.

WIG SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct wig size and providing accurate measurements when applicable.

Please carefully follow our measurement instructions before placing your order. Shy’s Platinum Bar is not responsible for wigs that do not fit due to incorrect measurements or an incorrectly selected size.

CONSTRUCTION OR PRODUCT ISSUES

We stand behind the construction of our wigs.

If you believe your wig has a construction issue or you received an incorrect item, please contact Shy’s Platinum Bar promptly after delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the concern.

If we determine that the issue is the result of our workmanship, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label so the unit can be inspected and corrected.

Approved construction issues will be repaired and returned to the customer. Approval of a repair does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Products that have been altered by the customer or another stylist—including cutting the lace, coloring, bleaching, chemically processing, cutting the hair, removing tracks, or altering the wig construction—may not qualify for corrective service.

HAIR CARE

The longevity and condition of your wig depend on proper care and maintenance.

Shy’s Platinum Bar is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance, excessive heat, incorrect products, chemical processing after purchase, improper washing or detangling, sleeping or swimming in the unit without proper care, or alterations performed by another stylist.
