By accessing our website, purchasing a product, submitting a custom order, or booking a service with Shy’s Platinum Bar, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable policies displayed on our website.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Shy’s Platinum Bar offers hair products, wigs, custom wig services, hair services, and related products and services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, services, prices, promotions, or product availability at any time.

Product images are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

ORDERS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing checkout, including:

  • Wig size and measurements
  • Length
  • Lace options
  • Color/customization selections
  • Quantity
  • Shipping address
  • Contact information

Submitting payment confirms that you have reviewed and accepted the details of your order and the policies applicable to your purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Because custom wigs are made or customized specifically for the customer, changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Hand-colored units may have slight variations from photos, previous units, or inspiration images. No two custom-colored units are guaranteed to be completely identical.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at checkout unless an approved installment or payment service is offered.

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated expiration dates and restrictions. Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively unless expressly stated.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. All sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law.

APPOINTMENTS

Salon appointments are subject to the booking, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies presented during the booking process.

By booking an appointment, the customer agrees to the applicable policies and authorized charges disclosed during booking.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you experience an issue with an order, please contact Shy’s Platinum Bar so we have an opportunity to review the matter.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Shy’s Platinum Bar reserves the right to provide relevant transaction records to the payment processor or financial institution, including order information, tracking records, delivery confirmation, correspondence, and policies accepted at checkout.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Photos, videos, graphics, product descriptions, branding, wig designs/content, educational materials, and other original content created by Shy’s Platinum Bar may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or represented as another business’s work without authorization.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shy’s Platinum Bar will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the misuse of our products, failure to follow care instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
