Shipping policy

Standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–5 business days after your order has finished processing or production.

Expedited or next-day shipping, when available, only speeds up the carrier's shipping portion of the order. It does not shorten the processing or wig-production period unless specifically stated.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after receiving your package.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shy’s Platinum Bar is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our direct control.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and notify Shy’s Platinum Bar so we can provide any available shipment information needed to assist with an investigation.

Shy’s Platinum Bar does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
